Personal Lines CSR
Pemberton Insurance Corporation is looking for an experienced Personal Lines CSR.
The principal responsibilities as a CSR are to assist members by responding to their insurance inquiries, resolving their product and service problems, and assessing risk for property policies.
Duties include:
- Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations and changes
- Solicit and follow-up expiry dates on existing clients and explore other cross sell opportunities
- Update and maintain form letters for new business, endorsements, and renewals
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in personal lines and property insurance
- Level 2 license
- Autoplan experience, a definite asset
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Eager to provide great client service
- Thrive in a team environment and happy to help co-workers
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Strong computer skills; TAM a definite asset
